I recently bought a home in Medford, Oregon and was lucky enough to get a referral to Russ Wimmer's office for my home owners' policy. Sawyer has been my point of contact since then and he helped me quickly get home owners' insurance during the closing process, ran quotes for me for my auto insurance, and followed up to make sure that I had coverage once I completed my move to Oregon. "What a crap insurance company. I got a letter in the mail that said my policy is being canceled for a revoked or suspended license. My license has never been suspended or revoked. I just checked the status and it’s fine. Way to screw up a customers time and money. Avoid these local agents. They do nothing and then get a salary. I hope they all get replaced by AI. What a bunch of idiots. After this garbage, they think I would reach out to them. I got a quote online just to see prices. Then these idiots reached out to me multiple times trying to get my business. I finally switch over from progressive, that I’ve had for years only to be dropped after a month. Why didn’t you get the whatever bad info you had before you ever reached out and wasted my time. I don’t know what info you have. But I moved here from Wisconsin and had a valid Wisconsin license until switching it over to Oregon in Jan of 2025. Neither license were ever suspended or revoked. If any State Farm agent reaches out after a quote just ignore them. It’s a dying business model. They aren’t needed. They are just driving up prices of premiums. Stick to online insurance companies. I’ve never had a problem with progressive or geico."

"Just switched over to State Farm from USAA, I dealt with Maddie and she was great. She was very efficient and professional. She got me the information I needed the first time. She made a stressful situation very easy. I highly recommend the Russ Wimmer branch and Maddie. Update after a few years with State Farm - in the last six months my rates have risen multiple times equaling 40% for “adjustments”. Nothing has changed in my history and the longer I use them with good driving history the more my rates rise. This is ridiculous for customers that have been insured here for years. Will definitely be switching insurance after we buy a home. I can’t imagine what they do when you have a house insured here. Update: I bought a home and kept this branch as my insurance. They have continued to show lack of professionalism from this branch. I don’t receive emails back. When I can to ask for questions about unexpected $500 deposits they are condescending and do not seem to actually care at all about their clients. We will be looking for a new branch or company to be doing business with. I’d highly recommend you stay away from this branch."
